Profile

Peter is a Public Policy Activist, and business regulatory Expert. He was the lead consultant for the GIZ of the German Embassy on Business Red Tape Study in Ghana. He Studied diploma in Basic Education at the Presbyterian college of Education, Akropong Akwapem, and a graduate from the University of Education Winneba, with a Bachelor's of Education. He was among the 25 selected young Africans for the Young African Scholars Colloquium in Kenya. Served as academic head of a number of schools in Ghana, Peter holds mini-MBA in Leadership and Management from the Accra business School. He was trained in Tanzania on Research Marketing and communication, and LeaderLab in South Africa by the Atlas Network of USA.
With his dexterity in structural bottleneck diagnosis, he is critical about ways of ending systemic poverty in Africa. He coined the term "Ending Family Poverty" by removing administrative barriers and regulatory bureaucracies in Ghana to prevent inheritance poverty. Peter has also been interviewed by the Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) in the USA, DW Africa, and have had his publications in The Post of Netherlands, IFLRY of Germany, and others in Mali and Congo. On high-level platforms, he has lectured on leadership, business regulations, blockchain technology and Bitcoin adoption, and Government Wasteful Spending. He is a regular policy Analyst on different media platforms in Ghana.
Peter, in 2012 started the Bismann College to assist Senior High School Students who could not pass their Mathematics and Science subjects, and through this employed over 30 individuals.
Peter Bismark won the 2017 Africa Think Tank Shark Tank awards in South Africa. He is currently studying Mphil in Human Right, Conflict and Peace Studies at the University of Education, Winneba. Peter is the Founding member of the Institute for Liberty and Policy Innovation (ILAPI), a free-enterprise public policy research think tank.
