The Center for Economic Freedom seeks to find ways to research and provide alternative policies to liberate countries and individuals from poverty through trade and property right. Free trade means fierce competition between producers as the market is open to everyone, foreign and domestic. This, of course, drives the price of goods and services down for consumers, leaving them better off. It also gives consumers a much wider choice of goods and services. If we embraced free trade, the gains would be widely diffused across the population, in the form of millions of consumers being slightly better off – Institute for Free Trade. Free trade fosters prosperity through mutual transactions of goods and services across borders. Looking into market economics and economic philosophies and theories for a free society. The Center supports and takes part in the economic freedom index of the Fraser Institute. We make the best intellectual and moral case for free trade and its economic impact for a prosperous society.
