The center for Educational Policy looks into the government policies, reforms and factors that stifle better education for individuals. Policies geared towards the principles and government initiatives in the educational sphere as well as the collection of laws and rules that govern the operation of education systems are tested to enhance innovation. The education system must create the sustainable responsive environment to all learners and conducive to ensure successful outcomes for human development. School systems in Africa (Ghana) have been increasingly under pressure to enhance student achievement and nurture the skills students need to participate effectively in national and global economies for a prosperous society. This involves restructuring or changing the school culture, policies and setting. The research fellows develop alternative curriculum that induces innovation and creativity for. As population increases there is the need for a paradigm shift of tuition to help build the Africa we need. Knowledge is power but knowledge applied is powerful.
